Free Monthly Group Meditation of Light
A quiet, welcoming space to rest in presence and light — together.
Light is a healing modality that anyone can access.
In this monthly group meditation, I’ll gently guide the opening and set the intention. From there, we simply sit together in stillness and presence — resting in the shared field of each other’s light.
There is no discussion, no sharing, and no pressure to participate in any particular way. Each person remains until they feel complete, and then gently leaves the Zoom space when their meditation feels finished.
It’s simple. It’s quiet. It’s peaceful.Just presence, light, and shared stillness.
